Food-O-Holics:Agarwal Bhavan, Old Airport Road

In this blog post I take you to one of my favorite chat places in the city. Always crowded with college and IT crowd, this place became one of the most sought-after places in a very short span of time. Agarwal Bhavan on Old Airport Road looks like one of those authentic sweet shops from outside but as you start tasting the chats on the menu, you would soon realize your mistake.

Why should you go there: Amazing chats and yummy sweets. The ones which are must have are Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, Bhel Puri, Samosa Chat and Rasmalai. But the one thing which you cannot give a miss is the section which serves you unlimited Pani Puri, that too with a variety of “pani”(masala/sweet/mixed). Coming from a place like Belgaum where chats are simply incredible(due to Mumbai influence), I would say that the Pav Bhaji served here is the closest that comes to the one served in Belgaum.
Price Tag: Prices are on the moderate side with chats costing about Rs25-Rs40 per plate and the exclusive unlimited Pani Puri costing Rs.30.
I would definitely recommend this place for all the ardent chat lovers of Bangalore!
